No-Refund Policy
Subscription payments and Adventure Credit packs are non-refundable. AI gameplay, memory, narration, and media generation carry real provider costs, so purchases cannot be refunded after checkout. Canceling stops future subscription renewals, and paid access continues through the end of the billing period.
